Indoor Soccer 2014 Go AZTECS!

Matthew's second season of indoor soccer at the zone with the Aztecs.  It's just extra playing time for them.  They played lots of teams that only play indoor soccer and still held their ground.  Matthew's real game though is out on the field.

CCB Paso Robles Soccer Tournament

This place used to be farmland turned into soccer park. (Templeton, CA) We were led down some narrow dirt roads through some trees and then BAM! There you were, at the park. Besides watching Matthew do his thing and do it well, the next best thing was that Jacob got to play on a real tractor. So Cool!

 

Just "Chillaxen"

Not very often does Matthew need a bubble bath after a long day of soccer, but this was one of those days. He is a rockstar out on the soccer field. Way to Go Matthew @ State Cup.

The Zone - Indoor Soccer

This was Matthews first Indoor Soccer Game.

I had to be goalie for the first half and did not like it. But then I scored a goal in the second half. It was fun.

(Matthew volunteered to be goalie since their regular goalie wasn't there yet and his coach said he loves Matthew's attitude. He can do anything he wants to. You could tell Matthew was a little stressed being goalie, something you don't normally see in him, but he did great.)

CCB Soccer Camp

Winter Break Soccer Camp - these guys are die hards!!!! Ryan and Anthony both live on our street and the three of them are great friends. They have a great thing going.

Volleyball with Lauren

This is Lauren's first try at Volleyball and she likes it.  WooHoo!  It was great seeing the progress she made the beginning of the season to the end.  I hired one of my young women, Julia M., to come and give a few lessons to Lauren and to Rachel and I think that totally helped both of them and their confidence.  I even learned a few things.   Which is a good thing, because I don't think I can stand to sit through another season of NOR coaching. (college students who have never played volleyball before) It is so bad that well, I think I might have to volunteer next year.  That's all I'm going to say.   Here is Lauren throughout her season.  She had one game she served 5 points in a row, that's all she needed.

 

Volleyball 2012- Rachel

Rachel is a blast to watch play volleyball.  She hits the ball so effortlessly.  There were a couple of games she played were they only had 4 players show up and they WON.  She missed out on soccer this season because she played volleyball.  We will see what she really wants to play next year.

This was a Father and Son trip with the assignment to get some good pictures. Mission accomplished and they had a good time.
