Uncle Ryan and "Aunt" Madelyn's Visit

Ryan brought Madelyn to California.  So glad we got to meet her.  It was a very relaxing visit.  She was lots of fun and yet so mellow all at the same time.  However, the two of them together was almost making me sick.  They are in love and it shows both ways.  So excited for them if Ryan decides to make the move and propose.  We will see! 

Ryan showed us how to eat a pomegranate and we did some Just Dance 3.  The kids loved picking out the song for Ryan and Madelyn to do together.  I can't remember the name, but it was a couple dancing to a love song.  AHHHH!!!

 

 

Neola Visitors & Grandma Cannon

Grandma Cannon came to California not only to visit us and her siblings but to head back with Darrin and Janna to Utah for awhile in their new RV they bought from my Uncle Bob & Aunt Virginia.

Darrin & Janna's Stay

Darrin, Janna, Hailey, Emma and Cameron came for baby Jacob's baby blessing and we were able to spend some extra time with just them.  They are always so thoughtful in all that they do and we love visiting with them.  We really enjoy loving on these sweet cute little girlie girls.

San Diego Visitors #12

We were so lucky to be able to spend our 4 day weekend with family. Thank you President Cleveland for this Labor Day Holiday in America.

Stuart and Kathy brought their family up from San Diego late Friday Night so we were able to have a full day with them on Saturday, Sunday and some of Monday.

We got in as much swimming as we could on Saturday in between 3 soccer games. It was so nice to have a few more cheerleaders at the games. And we really appreciated that everyone endured the heat to be a support.

After church on Sunday, our activities included a lot of games, making a Get Well Banner for Grandpa, some BBQ Pizza eating, Summer's Birthday Celebration and a lot of Karaoke, Primary Style.

The girls worked really hard on this banner. Grandpa Spendlove had a heart attack a few weeks ago and was back in the hospital. So Stuart and Kathy stopped by on their way home for a visit and gave him the banner from all of us.

The Master Chef at work on his famous BBQ Pizza, yum yum!!! It was also one of Summer's favorite meals, so in honor of her birthday the BBQ King went to work.

The moment we've all been waiting for, Summer's Party! Kathy made her an ice cream cake that we ALL loved. It was so good we finished it off for breakfast the next morning.

Happy 9th Birthday Summer!!!
