Becca's Birthday Breakfast

As tradition goes, we went to breakfast at Allison's to celebrate Rebecca's birthday. It is a little family owned restaurant that we all loved. The kids had their biggest breakfast ever. All of our plates were full of delicious breakfast foods. And their biscuits are to die for. Thanks for celebrating with us Rebecca. And thanks for helping us celebrate, Grandma. This was the only picture we took that morning and it is a cute one.

I am excited to post this Birthday wish. Not only is it the last one of the year, but I have some awesome pictures to share of our awesome Aunt Rebecca. Thanks Rebecca for being so fun and full of live. There is never a dull moment when Aunt Rebecca is in town. Not what you expect from your typical High School Math Teacher.

New Year's Eve

Boy we know how to celebrate. Here we are in Grandma & Grandpa's room on New Year's Eve partying it up. We played games, watched the ball drop, thought about banging pots & pans, forgot to use the party hats and noise makers Grandma bought, toasted with sparkling apple cider and enjoyed their sliding mirrors. Happy New Year Everyone!

Sunday Christmas Photos

Ice Blocking for REALZ!!!

Our outing for the day was to Arroyo Verde Park. Before we hit the slops on our ice, we hiked a few trails, threw the Frisbee around, played in the park, visited with some friends, played with the dog and hung upside down. It was a beautiful day in Southern California.

Then we had a blast ice blocking. It was a first time for our kids and they loved it.

The best moment of all was when Grandpa wanted to try. Well, he actually did it about 4 times. He kept trying to do it all by himself but his kind and loving sons wouldn't let him. You have to notice the emergency brakes aka Stu & Steve's big feet. Grandpa kept trying to get them to move their feet and wouldn't hold on to their hands. Even though he still had to hold onto their hands, he had a great time. Check out his great big smile at the end of the video.
